Altitudes Bistro Host/ess

Full time and part time positions available

Responsibilities:  
  • Creates a warm and friendly first impression on guests 
  • Greets guests, escorts to seat and assists guests 
  • Answers the Altitudes phone 
  • Cleans tables to assist with the neat and orderly appearance of the restaurant 
  • Controls wait times and line ups 
  • Thanks guests for visiting Grouse Mountain upon departure 
  • Stocks menus and stationary supplies 
  • Cleans menus, furniture and station at front entry 
  • Clears guest tables 
  • Relays information to base reception regarding hill counts and relays information to manager on duty 
  • Responds to guest inquiries and resolves problems or requests assistance from supervisor
Qualifications: 
  • Entry level position, training provided 
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset 
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills 
  • Ability to follow health and safety procedures
