Responsibilities:
- Creates a warm and friendly first impression on guests
- Greets guests, escorts to seat and assists guests
- Answers the Altitudes phone
- Cleans tables to assist with the neat and orderly appearance of the restaurant
- Controls wait times and line ups
- Thanks guests for visiting Grouse Mountain upon departure
- Stocks menus and stationary supplies
- Cleans menus, furniture and station at front entry
- Clears guest tables
- Relays information to base reception regarding hill counts and relays information to manager on duty
- Responds to guest inquiries and resolves problems or requests assistance from supervisor
- Entry level position, training provided
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
