Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily floor staff and supporting/assisting each position
- Maintaining/Editing labor report routines
- Supervising staff when on supervisory duty; setting a high standard of behavior and service to lead by example when on or off supervisory duty
- Assisting with training and development of service staff
- Closing and/or opening the restaurant and chalet in accordance with the routines set by the food and beverage management team
- Ensuring that cash handling procedures are being met in accordance with the GMR accounting department
- Reporting the daily activities in manager log
- Managing labor cost on daily basis to ensure maximum guest experience and profitability
- Project Handling as per
- Attending weekly leadership meeting
- Assisting manager/assistant manager as directed
- Supervisory experience in casual dining required
- Food & beverage experience required
- Cash-out/deposit experience
- Serving It Right Certificate required
- Food Safe preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
