Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operational procedures of lifts; including start up and shut down procedures 
• Establishing and maintaining all operational aspects of the assigned lift station; including line control, tools and signs 
• Maintains housekeeping standards including tool storage, load/unload areas and lift huts 
• Ensures highest level of safety with respect to the load/unload area in that it is uncluttered and litter-free 
• Will greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner 
• Will provide physical assistance to guests when required 
• Maintains a high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with guests, and mountain staff

• Mature, energetic and dependable 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure 
• Good physical condition and well-groomed
