Two full time positions available for the 2008/2009 season

Responsible for: 

• Assisting Supervisor with coordinating the day to day operation of the Ski Wee program 
• Coordinating sign out/sign in of uniforms for staff and volunteers 
• Assigning instructors to classes 
• Maximizing class sizes. 
• Providing on snow instruction. 
• Ensuring the safety of guests and staff 
• Providing a level of support to the Snow School employees to ensure that our staff and Guest visits to Grouse Mountain are positive and memorable. 
• Ensuring all Grouse Mountain and departmental policies are followed. 
• Being courteous, friendly and capable when solving guest and staff related problems. 
• Assisting Supervisor with program administration 
• Ensuring a consistent flow of communication between the staff, supervisors, and the Snow School Director. 
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by “Being of Service” and exemplifying the Sure We Can attitude to all guests and staff.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum Level 1 Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (C.S.I.A), Level 2 preferred 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required 
• Friendly, confident, outgoing customer service attitude 
• Minimum One year working with Grouse Mountain Snow School or one year supervisory work
