Altitudes, Grouse Mountain's acclaimed West Coast bistro, provides an opportunity to sample distinctly British Columbian cuisine while overlooking the grandeur of the Lower Mainland, some 3,700 feet below.

Altitudes' menu includes great dishes for sharing such as the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, the Grilled Cajun Chicken & Cheddar Quesadillas and the famous Grouse Mountain Nachos. The west coast wild salmon is a delicious favourite from the large dishes, especially when enjoyed with a glass of the Castillo Grenache-Syrah.
