The Observatory is open for dinner 7 nights a week from 5 pm - 10 pm. Your Grouse Mountain Admission is complimentary with advance dinner reservations and includes admission to the Skyride and mountaintop activities such as ice skating, sleighrides and Grouse Mountain’s Theatre in the Sky. The art of food and wine pairing is vibrantly showcased in The Observatory's winter Prix Fixe. This multi-course menu marries the best of British Columbia's regional ingredients with extraordinary wine selections hand-picked by our resident sommelier. When food meets wine, magic ensues.

A custom group a la carte menu has been created to accommodate parties of 9 or more. To ensure that your large group fully enjoys the specialized, individual attention to the Observatory kitchen, we have selected highlights from our acclaimed seasonal menu. Three set menu options permit diners to enjoy meticulously sourced ingredients from regional lands and waters.
