Supporting the BC Lung Association:
$5 from every entry fee will be donated to the BC Lung Association. Furthermore, net proceeds from the sale of the Merrell technical shirts will also be donated. Personal donations can be made at the BC Lung Association website or in person at the event.

Please Note:
  • Race packages will be available for pick-up between September 16 to 20 at Grouse Mountain's Guest Services (open daily 8:00am - 8:00pm), or on the race day, September 21st, between 8am - 9:30am. Each participant must pick up his/her own package.
  • Transaction is complete upon payment processing.
  • Please allow 48 hours for payment and registration to be processed.
  • Event T-Shirt is not included in race entry fee but are available for purchase
  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All participants must sign a release of liability form prior to picking up race packages for the Grouse Grind Mountain Run®. If a signed release of liability form is not received, entry will not be accepted and the entry fee will be refunded. Participants under the age of 19 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian before participation in the event. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions.
