Snow School Sessions Missed by Students

Vouchers may be issued to students for sessions missed as a result of absence from school due to illness or medical reasons only. A processing fee of $30.00 (including GST) is charged for each Voucher or Refund Request Form regardless of the number of students on the form. All refund/voucher requests must be made by April 30, 2008. Refunds/vouchers will be issued to the school at the end of the winter season.

All unused tickets must be returned to Guest Services on the same day of the missed session in order to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that parents are aware of the refund/voucher policy and that the organizing teacher, on behalf of the school, is the only contact for refund/voucher requests.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel the activities you have booked at Grouse Mountain, cancellations must be communicated to Grouse Mountain in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to your program start date otherwise the school will be subject to a cancellation fee as well as the loss of the non-refundable Deposit.
