Responsibilities:
- Creating a warm and friendly first impression on guests
- Greeting, seating and assisting guests
- Answering the Altitudes phone
- Maintaining the neat and orderly appearance of the restaurant
- Managing wait times and line ups
- Ensuring customer satisfaction upon departure.
- Stocking menus and stationary supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of menus furniture and front entry
- Assisting the bussers with the prompt clearing of guest tables
- Corresponding with base reception regarding hill counts and relaying information to manager on duty
- Maintaining a high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with guests and mountain staff
Qualifications:
- Entry level position, training provided
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Possess good health and safety habits
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset
