Responsibilities:
- Providing service of food and beverages to guests ensuring satisfaction
- Serving patrons in a prompt and courteous manner
- Influencing and assisting guests with their decision to purchase food and beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the restaurant
- Stocking supplies, utensils and condiments
- Supporting other service team members
- Handling cash and payment reconciliation's
- Continuous working knowledge of the Point of Sale system
Qualifications:
- Experience serving in a high volume casual environment
- Serving It Right Certificate is required
- Food Safe Certificate is desirable
- Personable, friendly and outgoing
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Well groomed and professional
