Altitudes Bistro Supervisor

One full time position available

Responsibilities: 
  • Supervising the daily floor staff and support/assist each position
  • Maintaining/Editing labour report routines
  • Daily supervision of staff when on supervisory duty, expected to set a high standard of behaviour and service to lead by example when on or off supervisory duty.
  • Assisting with training and development of service staff.
  • Closing and/or opening the restaurant and chalet in accordance with the routines set by the food and beverage management team.
  • Ensuring that cash handling procedures are being met in accordance with the GMR accounting department.
  • Reporting the daily activities in manager's log
  • Managing labour costs on a daily basis to ensure maximum guest experience and profitability
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings 
  • Assisting manager as directed 

Qualifications: 

  • Supervisor experience in casual dining required
  • Food and Beverage experience required 
  • Proven team leader
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cash-out/deposit experience
  • Weekend/Evening availability required
  • Must be personable, friendly and outgoing 
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • High energy and strong work ethic
  • Serving It Right Certificate required
  • Food Safe preferred
