Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily floor staff and support/assist each position
- Maintaining/Editing labour report routines
- Daily supervision of staff when on supervisory duty, expected to set a high standard of behaviour and service to lead by example when on or off supervisory duty.
- Assisting with training and development of service staff.
- Closing and/or opening the restaurant and chalet in accordance with the routines set by the food and beverage management team.
- Ensuring that cash handling procedures are being met in accordance with the GMR accounting department.
- Reporting the daily activities in manager's log
- Managing labour costs on a daily basis to ensure maximum guest experience and profitability
- Attend weekly leadership meetings
- Assisting manager as directed
Qualifications:
- Supervisor experience in casual dining required
- Food and Beverage experience required
- Proven team leader
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Cash-out/deposit experience
- Weekend/Evening availability required
- Must be personable, friendly and outgoing
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Serving It Right Certificate required
- Food Safe preferred
