Responsibilities:
- Delivering all aspects of a function according to the Event Order contracts and management expectations
- Efficient set up/tear down of events by maximizing staff deployment
- Liaising with organizers
- Anticipating guest’s needs and providing superior guest satisfaction at all times
- Timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage in a professional and courteous manner
- Quality control
- Handling internal and external customer feedback
- Ensuring proper cash out procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ordering all relevant supplies from the storeroom
- Liaising with the kitchen and bartender to control proper timing in service
- Ensuring proper mountain closure through communication with the base supervisor, guests and staff
- Maintaining targeted labour and product cost according to the profit plan
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a similar food & beverage operation
- Hands on leader with a proven track record of superior guest satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Serving It Right required
- Food Safe I and II preferred
