One part time position available (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-8:00pm; some weekend shifts may be required)
Responsibilities:
- Operates a switchboard, receiving and routing incoming calls and making outgoing calls
- Greeting guests and clients; answers routine inquiries; informs relevant employee of guest’s arrival
- Arranges for courier service
- Performs minor clerical duties
- Checks hourly hiker counts and provides information to the Skyride Department
- Records and reports hourly Skyride counts
- Provides general support work for office
- Receives incoming packages & distributes
- Maintain working work space and common areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of secondary school
- Experience providing customer service in an office environment preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office; good keyboarding skills
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Enthusiastic telephone manner
