Responsibilities:

• Greeting and providing tickets to all tour and group functions 
• Welcoming the passengers / guests to the mountain and providing them with detailed information about their visit 
• Thanking the group for their visit and taking the time to answer any further questions 
• Providing guests with updated and current information regarding daily activities and weather conditions 
• Generating relationships with Tour Guides and Coach Drivers and producing written reports with information gained 
• Collecting surveys and data from a variety of sources 
• Ensuring the brochure racks are stocked and host cart is keep clean and organized at all times 
• Creating sales packages to issue to new Tour Guides and Coach Drivers 
• Assisting the Skyride department with boarding and disembarking tours on and off the Skyride

Qualifications: 

• Comfortable speaking in public and interacting with individuals who may not speak English 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Highly organized individual
