Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures of operation are adhered to
- Cash floats, cash outs and deposits
- Opening and closing procedures
- Assisting Supervisors in the training and supervision of staff members
- Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the service areas
- Placing orders and ensuring proper storage and stocking of all items
- Answering staff questions and requests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quick service restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills, organizational and communication skills
- Experience handling cash and doing cash-outs
- Experience leading a team of workers
- High energy and strong work ethic
- B.C. Food Safe certificate required
- Serving It Right certificate required
