Responsibilities:
- Developing enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time
- Cash floats, cash outs and deposits
- Opening and closing procedures
- Staff scheduling
- Supervision of all staff members
- Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of patio and service areas
- Ensuring the maintenance, clearing and cleaning of guest tables
- Resolving complaints, conflicts, problems
- Completing and implementing GMR training
- Demonstrating and ensuring proper health and safety habits
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proven team leader
- Cash-out/deposit experience
- Must be personable, friendly and outgoing
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Has an eager willingness to learn
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Possess excellent health and safety habits
- Food Safe and Serving It Right certificates required
