Full time and part time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and approaching all customers in a prompt and friendly manner and assists the customer in making a purchase decision.
• Coordination of non-selling duties with the processing of sales transactions
• Performing a pre-show and end of show speech for both the Born To Fly and Animal Tracks theatre shows. Followed by the start up and close down procedures for each show.
• Processing sales through POS system.
• Performing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining merchandise displays. Receiving and ticketing stock.
• Keeping stock fresh and clean. Re-stocking and re-ticketing stock.
• Keeping adequate store supplies on hand.
• Keeping current product knowledge about new stock items.
• Conducting daily operations and other related duties, as assigned by management
• Setting up and taking down of the LCD projector and VCR equipment
• Ensures that theatre equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively deal with customers in person and by phone
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
• Strong work ethic and great attitude
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel preferred
• Comfortable with cash handling
