Responsibilities:
- Teaching the sport of skiing or snowboarding in a safe and fun environment.
- Going out of your way to assist all guests, being courteous, friendly and informative
- Researching new teaching methods.
- Ensuring ultimate customer service experience on the Mountain
- Assisting guests to achieve their goal of improvement
- Answering guest inquiries and resolving problems
- Attending instructor pre-season clinics and training sessions as scheduled
- Performing other duties as may be periodically assigned and requested.
- Level 1 Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (C.S.I.A) or Level 1 Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (C.A.S.I) or approved equivalent required
- 1 year previous instructing experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills required
- Friendly, confidant, outgoing customer service attitude required
