Groups & Catering: Group Admissions

Tour Notes

To assist your tour escorts during their visit to our mountain, we have provided the following information to enhance your guests' experience. Learn more about what each season has to offer with our fast facts.
Arriving at Grouse Mountain
Transfers to Grouse Mountain from downtown Vancouver take approximately 15 minutes each way direct. Complimentary coach parking is available in the upper parking lot of Grouse Mountain, directly across from the Red Skyride terminal.

Vehicle Directions:
Follow Georgia Street through Stanley Park and across the Lion's Gate Bridge. Take the North Vancouver exit to Marine Drive, then left up Capilano Road for 5 km (3.1 miles).

Or, from the Ironworkers' Memorial Second Narrows Bridge, follow Highway #1 westbound to Capilano Road Exit North.

Public Transit:
The public transit system offers regular service to the base of Grouse Mountain every half hour. Catch Bus 232 from Phibbs Exchange or Bus 236 from Lonsdale Quay. For more details, visit the Translink website.

Picking Up Grouse Mountain Admission Tickets
During Summer Season, tour escorts should pick up their group's tickets from the Group Host located in the coach parking area, directly in front of the Red Skyride terminal. During Winter and Shoulder Season, tour escorts should leave their guests on the coach, pick up their group's tickets from Guest Services (not the ticket centre) and then proceed back to the bus to hand out the tickets. In either case, advance reservations are required to ensure that we pre-print the correct number of guest and escort tickets.

Grouse Mountain Skyride
Grouse Mountain's Skyride operates year-round from 9 am through 10 pm. Departures are approximately every 15 minutes, with the journey lasting 8 minutes.

The Red Skyride holds up to 100 guests. The Blue Skyride holds up to 43 guests. Guests board the Skyride on a first come, first served basis.

Mountain Maps
Winter and Summer Maps are available at the Base and on the mountaintop at Alpine Guest Services. We encourage your guests to use these maps to take full advantage of all Grouse Mountain has to offer.
