Music
Grouse Mountain is home to one of the most experienced rental shops in Canada. Let our team outfit you with the latest in ski & snowboard gear. We will work with you to determine the best fit for your level of expertise. Skis, snowboards, helmets, boots, poles, jackets and pants are available. Grouse Mountain’s Outpost Rental Shop is located directly East of the Peak Chalet, moments from the Skyride.
Additionally, ice skate and snowshoe rentals are available from the Ice Pond Rental Shop, located directly beside our 8,000 square foot skate pond.
Online Rentals
Reserve your rentals online, bypass the rental process and go straight to pick up your equipment. Reservations must be made by 8pm the night prior to your selected rental date. Click the link on the right of this page to get started.

Damage Insurance
For $2 you can protect yourself from the damages caused by hidden rocks or other obstacles. Please be advised that this does not cover lost or stolen equipment. We strongly suggest you keep your equipment attended at all times.
Deposit
All rentals require a refundable $250 security deposit ($750 for high performance equipment) in the form of a pre-authorized credit card, debit card or cash.
Waiver
All guests are required to fill out a rental waiver form. Those under 18 years of age wishing to rent equipment must have a parent or guardian sign the rental waiver form in the rental shop or alternatively, a parent or guardian may agree to the rental waiver form online (this option is only available if you are reserving equipment online).
Identification
All guests require valid picture ID at the time of rental.
