These lessons are tailored specifically to students of ability levels 4 to 6, who are developing their ski or snowboard skills and exploring the whole mountain. Groups are no larger than 5 students, ensuring you get excellent individualized attention.

Ability Level:
In order to provide the most suitable training for all students, lessons are divided into groups based on their ability level. Please review the Ability Chart(.pdf) to determine the skill level of the student.
Helmets:
We strongly recommend that all students wear helmets while skiing or snowboarding. All students under the age of 14 are required to wear a helmet. If your child does not have their own helmet, one may be rented for $5. Helmets are also available for purchase from Outfitters Store.
Booking:
All drop-ins can register by phone at 604.980.9311 or at Guest Services at the base of the mountain at least 2 hours prior to the session start time. Or, drop in to Alpine Guest Services on the main floor of the chalet 30 minutes prior to the lesson. Drop in lessons meet at the Snow School Meeting Area ten minutes before the lesson start time.
