Race Prep Clinic

This program is designed to prepare athletes of all abilities for competition in the inaugural Grouse Mountain Yeti Snowshoe Race on February 16th, 2008. We want to help make the Yeti Snowshoe Race a positive and rewarding experience. In addition to 6 weeks of fun and challenging workouts on the race course.

Clinic Details

  • 6 weekly sessions
  • 9:00 am - 11:00 am
  • Saturday, January 5 to February 9, 2008
  • $100 with your Annual Grouse Mountain Membership or Winter Seasons Pass
  • $175 includes purchase of an Annual Grouse Mountain Membership
  • Includes rentals

All participants meet in front of the Snowshoe Hut at the mountaintop Ice Skating Pond. Be sure to dress appropriately for an outdoor workout; synthetic tights or pants, light layers and a shell jacket are recommended, along with sturdy running shoes. Headlamps are recommended and will be supplied if needed.
