It’s Grouse Mountain’s 90th Anniversary. How to celebrate this milestone? With live music, outdoor BBQ, the Grouse Mountain Slush Cup and lots more! No fooling, this party is all about spring skiing and riding fun!

Wear your retro and ski or ride for free: Dig up your best retro gear everyone (think neon, one-piece suits and spandex)! The first 90 guests to show up in the Valley Plaza by the DJ in retro attire will get a free lift ticket for the day! To qualify, you must be wearing retro attire from the 90's or earlier, and a jacket at minimum. One ticket per qualified guest. Non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
Special Activities & Events:
Retro Parade (9:30am): Dig out your best one-piece, zip-up suit, neon jacket and any other retro gear buried deep in your closets! Dress retro and meet us at the mountaintop trail sign at 9:30am for a group photo and ski/ride down The Cut.
Slush Cup (11am to 2pm followed by awards & après with the Adam Woodall Band, Peak Flats): Join us as competitors, attired in their most ridiculous costume, attempt to cross a pool of slush on their skis or board. We have great prizes for participants, music and a special “splash zone” for cheering fans. Pre-registration required for Slush Cup contenders. For more info, visit here.
Outdoor Barbeque (11am to 4pm, Peak Flats): Refuel between Slush Cup runs and for après with delicious, lip-smacking barbeque fare.
90th Anniversary Zone (11am-3pm, inside and outside the Chalet): Enjoy live music featuring David Morin, Loop artist, photos with the Grouse Mountain mascot and of course birthday (cup)cake! Be sure to visit the special 90th Anniversary exhibit in the Pre-Show Gallery for the inside scoop on the milestones and personalities that have made Grouse Mountain what it is today, and to leave a message on our memory wall!
Evo Car Share (9am-5pm, front of Chalet): Spin the wheel to win, and learn more about the evolution of car sharing in BC. Find the Evo team in front of the Chalet.
CLIF Bar (10am-4pm): Visit the CLIF Bar tent in front of the Chalet and sample their range of products and flavors!
