2020 Annual Pass Renewals

We want to thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time, allowing us to address the ongoing challenges of COVID-19 and focus on the health and safety of our team and community. 

In order to be able to safely welcome you back to Grouse Mountain, we have developed a number of new protocols in line with our PureClean Commitment. You can learn more about what we're doing to ensure the health & safety of our guests and team members here.

With these new procedures in place, we can ensure that you are able to safely explore and enjoy Grouse Mountain. In order to manage our capacity on the Skyride and reduce wait times, we have implemented a timed booking system for both Passholders and guests. All travel on the Skyride must be pre-booked in advance of arrival using our new online booking system*. We will be sharing more information with you about this new system in the coming weeks. 

While this summer season is going to look different than in previous years, we want to make sure that our passholders have first access. In order to recognize your loyalty and address the time missed due to our closure, we are offering Annual Members a special 25% Renewal Discount offer. If you are currently a Silver Passholder, you can upgrade and enjoy all the benefits of a Gold Annual Pass at the special Gold Pass Renewal Rate and you will be able to access those benefits from the date of renewal. 

This special discount is available only until June 30, 2020. 
Due to our reduced capacity, we may not be able to offer Annual Memberships for sale beyond this deadline.

As mentioned, new this year as an added benefit, Gold Passholders will be able to pre-book their Skyride time up to seven days in advance. Silver Passholders will be able to pre-book their Skyride time up to one day in advance. All Passholders will be able to book one uphill and one downhill time per day.

Pass Renewal Refund Policy
We also understand that you may have concerns about the future given the current uncertainty. In recognition of our closure we want to make sure you have peace of mind when purchasing your pass so we have created a pass renewal refund policy. If we experience a closure of the Mountain for 30 days in the specified time periods below, you will receive the corresponding percentage refund of your purchase price.

  • July-August 2020 - 75% 
  • September-December 2020 - 50% 
  • January-May 2021 - 25% 

For those of you who do not wish to renew your Annual Membership at this time, we are sad to see you go but want to make sure you’re also recognized. For any passholders who do not renew, we will be making up the time lost due to the closure for the same dates next year (March 17 – June 22, 2021). Your pass will automatically be reactivated for those dates. 

*Please note, Guest Services is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm beginning June 8, 2020.

*With reduced capacity this season, we ask passholders to be respectful of the new booking system and make sure to be present for any booked times. Passholders will be charged $15 for each missed booking date/time that is not cancelled 4 hours in advance. Grouse Mountain reserves the right to adjust advance booking windows as deemed necessary.
