“When people think about Corporate Team Building companies, Grouse Mountain may not be the first place that comes to mind. But boy, should people be keeping Grouse Mountain at the top of the list because we found a hidden gem this summer! Myself and our company of 260 employees were absolutely blown away by the Team Building Event that Grouse had prepared for us. We scavenged, we hunted, we threw axes, and most of all, we created memories that will go down in our company history as the greatest company-wide event thus far. All thanks to the Adventure Program at Grouse Mountain. The staff were incredibly prepared and professional with their delivery of the event. They thought outside the box with incorporating our Company Core Values throughout the fun activity and supplied the man-power to make sure each of our groups had a Grouse Staff Facilitator accompany them throughout their adventure. We absolutely recommend the Corporate Adventure Program at Grouse Mountain. Together, the activity, support, mountainous view, and location make for a priceless experience.”

The whole event was beautifully orchestrated and highly organized without feeling rigid or prescriptive. Our team had an amazing time, in a beautiful setting. Dan was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event. He was patient, quick to get back to me, flexible and accommodating, and answered/solved any questions/concerns. Day of, we were met with some "challenging" weather, but the team of facilitators adapted on the fly and provided alternatives that were fun, engaging, and effective in team-building. The structure of the day and choice of activities meant that everyone was engaged and included -- you could be inside or outside, adventurous or low-key, but no matter what you had fun, learned something new, and built relationships with colleagues. “Our group was smiling, ear to ear, from the moment Dan and Gerry said "Go!" until long after the group scores were announced at the end. When we came upon the first challenge, we thought there was no way we would complete it in time, we felt doomed! However, with the subtle guidance of our activity leaders, we came together and finished in what felt like record time! Moving forward, our leaders thoughtfully pointed out our strengths, giving us the motivation to keep going. Our hearts raced as we ran together as a team, not leaving anyone behind... but of course there was just enough time for a group photo under the light tunnel before we crossed the finish line! It was the perfect team-building experience for our group. We wanted to have fun, get more comfortable with each other, and learn about the mountain top: mission accomplished -thank you Dan and Gerry!”

"We had a really good time at the Grouse Mountain Scavenger Snowshoe Hunt. We decided on this activity as part of a friends Bachelorette weekend since our age group (mid 30's) no longer has interest in the classic club/bar style Bachelorette parties that may seem typical. With a diverse range of interests and fitness levels the Scavenger Snowshoe Hunt seemed like a perfect match and it was. We lucked out with amazing weather, a kind and knowledgeable guide (Gerry) and an event geared towards prepping our bride-to-be for marriage.
