Whether your goal is to beat your personal best Grind time, tackle the trail as a team or just simply finish, we promise a Grind party like no other! Planning your next team building session for your office? Create a corporate team and vie for the title of Vancouver’s fastest Corporate Grinders! There's nothing but fun waiting for you once you reach the top! So what are you waiting for? Rally your friends and join us on September 24th to celebrate a great season of Grouse Grinding!

#1 - Do the Grind:
Date: Saturday, September 24th
Time: 10am
Start: Base of Grouse Mountain
Distance: 2.9 kms
Elevation: 853 m / 2,800 ft
Finish: Alpine Plaza

Party: A Live performance by the Adam Woodall Band, live DJ, lawn games (including giant beer pong!), surprises from our sponsors and more bevies!
Pricing*:
Event Launch Special (April 1st - June 24th): $25 Adult (19+), $20 Youth (18 & under), $20 per Team Member**
Early Bird Special (June 25th - August 24th): $30 Adult, $25 Youth, $25 per Team Member**
Regular Pricing (August 25th - September 23rd): $35 Adult, $30 Youth, $30 per Team Member**
Day-of Registration (September 24th): $40 Adult, $35 Youth, $35 per Team Member**
*Plus 5% GST. Grouse Mountain Annual Passholders receive a 20% discount.
** Teams must have 5 members minimum to receive the team member rate.
Don't forget, $5 of each registration will be donated to the BC Children's Hospital!
Package Pick-up:
Thursday, September 22nd: 8am to 8pm at Guest Services Friday, September 23rd: 8am to 8pm at Guest Services
Saturday, September 24th (Event Day): 8am to 9am - Base of Grouse Mountain in the south paved parking lot / Start line area
Event Day Schedule:
8:00-9:00 am: Day of registration & package pick-up
8:00-9:30 am: Bag check at the base
9:40-9:45 am: Race briefing
9:45-9:55 am: Race warm-up
10:00 am: Race starts!
10:30-1:00 pm: Bag pick-up in the Mountaintop Plaza
10:00-2:00 pm: Finish Line party!
11:00-2:00 pm: Live performance by Adam Woodall Band
11:30 am: Awards Ceremony (approximate time)
