Hit the Grind on the longest day of the year! From dawn to dusk, test your mettle against the most avid of Grinders on the longest day of the year. The hardiest of athletes will tackle the ultimate challenge of multiple Grinds within one day, whether the goal is to set a personal best or set the bar as the official Multi-Grouse Grind® Challenge record holder. While this is an impressive physical feat, it is also an incredibly important event that raises valuable funds for  BC Children's Hospital Foundation. 

* PLEASE NOTE: all participants MUST be registered before Saturday, June 16th at noon - no exceptions! Register early to guarantee yourself a spot!

Note: This is the official and only sanctioned event to determine the record-holder for most ascents of the Grouse Grind in a one-day period. 
Date: Thursday June 21st, 2018 
Time: Dawn to dusk (4am-10pm) 

  •  All participants must be 16 years of age or older. Minors must have a waiver signed by their legal guardian/parent and they must be present throughout the duration of the event
  • No registration fee, but the following criteria must be met in order to participate: Must raise a minimum of $200 for BC Children's Hospital. To set up your fundraising page with BC Children's Hospital Foundation, click here. Fundraising page must be completed in order to sign up below. In order to create a fundraising page, you must have a valid Grind Timer. If you do not already have one, you can purchase one for $25 while creating your BCCHF Fundraising page

Please be aware, the Mountaintop Ice Skating Pond will be closed from 5pm – 10pm for the DEBRA Canada Charity Broomball Tournament.
