Seek The Peak is back for its 14th year complete with 16 kilometers of fitness bragging rights and a challenge that is guaranteed to leave you breathless.
With an awe-inspiring 4,100-ft climb, Seek The Peak will test your fitness, stamina and overall mental toughness but the camaraderie will keep you powering onward and upwards. Face the 16-kilometer course alone or tackle it with a team of four splitting up the legs including the famous Grouse Grind.
With every upward step you take along the route from Ambleside Park in West Vancouver to the Peak of Vancouver at Grouse Mountain valuable funds will be raised for the BC Cancer Foundation’s lifesaving work in the fight against breast cancer. Seek the Peak Training
The Seek The Peak 10-week training program is exclusively designed for this race, and the perfect way to get race-day ready. Organized by level, the training program works for both seasoned trail runners and first-time joggers.
Over the course of 10 weeks:
- Build your fitness strength and mental toughness during weekly group sessions focusing on course sections, training tips and running techniques
- Access weekly outlines of two additional suggested runs to do on your own (or with your new Seek the Peak running friends)
- Enjoy special presentations and training tips by experts in the field including nutritional information, injury prevention, race day strategies and more
