Grouse Mountain and YYoga are excited to bring back the ultimate yoga experience to the Peak of Vancouver this summer.

Stretch in the sunshine after a hike up the Grouse Grind or arrive by Skyride as you relax breathing in the mountaintop fresh air. Starting on July 6th, YYoga will be offering complimentary 45 minute yoga classes every Saturday at 10:00am until August 31st (weather permitting) in the Plaza at the top of Grouse Mountain. 

Whether you need a great post-Grind cool down or would just love to experience a different yoga venue at one of the city's most spectacular locations, these 45-minute class are bound to enhance your physical well-being and kick start your weekend. 

Yoga mats will be provided to the first 50 yogis for the class and we ask participants to arrive early as YYoga is back by popular demand. 

Classes will be taking place in the Plaza right outside the front of the Grouse Mountain Chalet and will be taught by YYoga's fantastic instructors - Kat Wong and Heather McEwen.
