Passholder & Guest Update

With the recent announcement that Grouse Mountain is suspending all operations until further notice, we wanted to provide an update about our 2019/20 pass products and Snow School lessons. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

All credits and extensions will be processed automatically so there is no need for you to contact Guest Services.

2019/2020 SKI & SNOWBOARD SEASON PASSES (Y2Play, Early Bird, Night Pass)
Although the season seems to have ended sooner than planned, we still had an excellent season and were open for skiing and snowboarding for over 100 days. All of our season pass products are non-refundable and non-transferable to another season.

3-DAY PLUS SKI & SNOWBOARD PASS
All unused days for the 3-Day Plus passes will be extended for skiing or snowboarding until December 18, 2020. No refunds for unused days will be provided.

SNOW SCHOOL LESSONS & CAMPS
All Snow School lessons and camps are cancelled for the remainder of the season so a credit will automatically be added to your account. The Snow School credit is valid for all of next ski and snowboard season. Although you are able to use your credit for lessons anytime during the 2020/21 season, lessons must booked by November 30, 2020.

ANNUAL PASSES
We will update Gold & Silver Annual Passholders when the resort reopens. Please watch the website and your email for operational updates rather than contacting Guest Services.

If you have questions we have not answered through this information, please email guestservices@grousemountain.com. We will respond to your emails as soon as possible, but due to the high volume of inquiries please expect delays in our response times.
