Seek the Peak 2019 Training
Every Thursday at 6pm from April 9 - June 11, 2020.
Let's get you ready to rock those race day hills!
The Seek The Peak training program is exclusively designed by Marieve Legrand
, and is organized by level, so it works for seasoned trail runners or first-time joggers.
Over the course of 10 weeks:
- Building your fitness strength and mental toughness during weekly group sessions focusing on course sections, training tips and running techniques
- Access to weekly outlines of two additional suggested runs to do on your own (or with your new Seek the Peak running friends)
- Special presentations and training tips by experts and digital access to all this great information.
Participation in the training program is by a $50 donation to BC Cancer Foundation. All training program details, including schedule and registration, and other helpful tips will be available at seekthepeak.ca
