Skyride Protocols

  • All passengers are required to wear properly fitted face masks while boarding and travelling on the Skyride.
  • Windows on the Skyride will be open to allow for fresh air to circulate throughout the cabin.

Food & Beverage

  • Please note: Starting on opening day of the ski and snowboard season, Grouse Mountain is requiring all guests and staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for the 2021/22 winter season. Guests born in 2009 or earlier must provide proof of vaccination to access the Resort, including the Skyride and mountaintop facilities such as our food and beverage outlets.
  • Face masks are required inside the Peak Chalet and all indoor spaces except while seated for dining at our Food & Beverage establishments.
  • Online ordering and payment is available from our Food & Beverage establishments. 
  • Additional outdoor seating areas are available for guests to enjoy takeout from our food and beverage establishments.

General Hygiene

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the Resort.
  • Signage reminding guests to wash hands thoroughly will be placed in all washroom facilities.
  • Contactless payment options are available through mobile and web.
  • Online ticket purchase and activity bookings are recommended.
  • Online waivers and forms are available for guests to sign in advance where possible.
  • Non-essential touch points will be eliminated.
