The health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. We want you to enjoy everything Grouse Mountain has to offer with absolute confidence so we developed Grouse Mountain Resort PureClean to elevate our existing high standards of hygiene and cleanliness procedures.

Guest Health & Safety

We want you to feel safe, comfortable and confident during your experience at Grouse Mountain. Learn more about the measures we have enacted to ensure your safety including:

  • Pre-booked Skyride boarding time and advanced online ticket purchase to reduce lineups
  • Temperature screening for all passengers prior to boarding the Skyride
  • Use of non-medical masks mandatory on the Skyride
  • Skyride capacity reduced to allow for proper physical distancing
  • Upper windows on the Skyride removed to allow for fresh air to circulate throughout the cabin
  • Physical distancing and guest flow directional signage and indicators throughout the Resort
  • Online ordering, payment and takeout options for Food & Beverage
  • Hand sanitizers available throughout the Resort
  • Elimination of non-essential touch points

Overall Cleanliness

To ensure the safety of all our guests and staff we have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols throughout the Resort. Learn more about these new measures including:

  • Increased sanitization and scheduled cleanings throughout the Resort
  • Enhanced Skyride cleaning, sanitization and disinfection protocols
  • Activity and equipment specific cleaning and sanitization processes
  • Common use items sanitized after each use
  • Use of Health Canada recommended products effective against the virus that causes COVID-19

Team Health & Safety

We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our team members at Grouse Mountain. Learn more about the measures we have enacted to ensure our staff have a safe workplace and will go home healthy at the end of every day, including:

  • Daily self assessment and temperature checks for all staff
  • Proper personal hygiene and cleaning protocols training
  • Personal protective equipment for staff members
  • Updated operational protocols including staggering shift and break start to allow for physical distancing
  • Reduced capacity and physical distancing protocols in place for staff rooms

To keep everyone healthy and Safe, please do not visit Grouse Mountain if any of the following apply to you:

  • If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 which primarily displays as a persistent cough, please do not come to Grouse Mountain.
  • If you do not feel well, please do not come to Grouse Mountain. Stay home, and, when in doubt, call 8-1-1 or get tested.
  • If you have traveled outside of Canada, please do not come to Grouse Mountain until you have self-isolated for a minimum of 14 days.
  • If you live in a household with someone who has COVID-19 or is showing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to Grouse Mountain.
  • If you have underlying medical conditions it is recommended that you do not visit Grouse Mountain. 
  • Please respect Physical Distancing and obey all posted signage while at Grouse Mountain. 

 Anyone who does not comply with these policies and protocols will be asked to leave the premises and could be suspended from future visits.
