vaxtrax program

guests must be fully vaccinated to access the resort

Vaccination Requirement

Grouse Mountain is requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for the 2021/22 winter season. Guests born in 2009 or earlier must provide proof of vaccination to access the Resort, including the Skyride, mountaintop facilities and activities. All Grouse Mountain employees are also required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for the winter season.

vaxtrax program

The Grouse Mountain VaxTrax Program is a one-time vaccine verification process for all passholders. The program allows passholders and multi-day Snow School participants born in 2009 or earlier access to the Resort without having to provide proof of vaccination each visit once they have been verified.

There are two ways for passholders to participate:
Passholders can submit a copy of their BC Vaccine Card (with QR code) and a copy of valid government photo ID (for guests aged 19 or older) by emailing vaxtrax@grousemountain.com at least 72 hours before visiting Grouse Mountain to be verified.

Passholders can show their BC Vaccine Card (with QR code) and a copy of valid government photo ID (for guests aged 19 or older) on-site prior to boarding the Skyride. Please note, passholders should expect lineups unless they have been verified through the VaxTrax Program prior to their visit.

VaxTrax FAQ

Individual ticketholders born in 2009 or earlier, such as those with Single-Day Lift or Mountain Admission tickets, will be required to show proof of vaccination on-site prior to boarding the Skyride.

In addition to requiring proof of vaccination, face masks will continue to be mandatory for access to all indoor facilities and the Skyride for the 2021/22 winter season. For more information, please review our Safety Protocols for the 2021/22 Winter Season.
