The Timber Room

A modern lodge with rich wooden detailing, solid timber beams, and a stately stone fireplace. With adjoining deck and awe-inspiring views, the Timber Room is ideal for ceremonies, dinners and cocktail receptions for up to 105 guests.

Altitudes

The feel of a sophisticated mountain lodge complete with stylish decor and a large outside patio spread over three different levels. Imagine your ceremony performed on one deck while 120 to 140 guests gather on the others, taking in the moment and drinking in remarkable views.

Lupins

Alpine features, high cedar beams and copper lights emitting a soft, amber glow make this warm and inviting room an ideal space for dinners or receptions for up to 155 guests. Lupins also features generous windows and a deck running the full length of the room.

Create a reception menu to perfectly match your style. Whether you lean toward honey-braised Alberta beef short ribs, perfectly seared scallops marinated in basil and lemongrass or a bowl of curried Salt Spring Island mussel soup, our culinary team will create a decadent dining experience for you and your guests. Our executive chef emphasizes the use of fresh, local ingredients in dishes that will appeal to a range of dietary preferences and cultural tastes.

A natural backdrop to a heavenly day.

Alpine peaks, a shimmering inlet and the stunning city could be your canvas. Adding the world-famous scenery of Grouse Mountain to your photographs will provide even more beauty to your celebration. Stand beside snow-capped peaks, kiss within a field of vibrant wildflowers or pose on the grassy area of 3 Bear Lookout to capture a panoramic shot of the entire city. Of, for the more adventurous, create your own view opportunities by arriving by helicopter or taking a leisurely chairlift to the Peak.

Let your guests experience the whole mountain. Take the rush of emotion you'll feel on your wedding day and give that to your friends and family. Before or after your ceremony, your guests can enjoy all the activities on the mountaintop, including visitiing our resident Grizzly bears, Grinder and Coola, marveling at the world-famous Lumberjack Show, or witnessing our Birds in Motion Flying Demonstration. For some extra thrills, guests can also take an Eye of the Wind tour and visit its remarkable viewPOD.
