drop off/pick up

Please use the signposted pickup and drop off areas in Parking Lot A, as well as the 10 minute parking spaces. Avoid using the area directly in front of the Skyride to ensure smooth traffic flow.

what can't i bring?

Drones, dogs, bikes, sleds, hockey sticks, skateboards, snow skates and toy skis/snowboards (must have steel edges) are not permitted.

WHEN I ARRIVE, WHERE DO I GO?

In our Main Plaza, you can find Guest Services, Washrooms, Starbucks and the entrance to the Skyride.

Can I purchase a ticket on site?

Yes, Mountain Admission and Lift tickets can be purchased on site from Guest Services. We recommend saving time by purchasing tickets online in advance of your visit on our website.

WHERE DO I GO IF I'M A PASSHOLDER OR ALREADY HAVE AN E-TICKET?

If you are a Passholder, or already have a Mountain Admission or Lift Ticket with the QR code, you can proceed directly to the lineup for the Skyride.

What food & beverage options are available?

WHAT EQUIPMENT CAN I RENT?

We rent the following items during the winter season: skis, snowboards, ski/snowboard boots, poles, helmets, snowshoes, ice skates, and sleds. Please note: no outside sleds are permitted. Limited clothing rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not rent items like mitts, gloves or goggles, however these items are available for purchase at Outfitters Retail Shop. It is strongly recommended that you save time and money by booking ski and snowboard rentals online before your visit. Online rentals must be booked by 5pm at least one day in advance.

DO YOU HAVE BAG CHECK/LOCKERS?

We are offering bag check on a first come, first served basis at Alpine Guest Services in the Peak Chalet for the 2023/24 winter season. Lockers are $2. They are one-time use, and operate on a token system. Guests are required to see a cashier to purchase a token and can pay by card or cash. Please be aware, the lockers are only suitable for storing small items. Ski or snowboard bags, boots and other equipment do not fit in lockers.

CAN I SMOKE/VAPE?

No, Grouse Mountain is Canada’s first non-smoking and non-vaping resort, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our mountain air fresh and clean.
