Thank you for booking your CSIA course with us! You are one step closer to becoming a certified instructor.

The CSIA Level 1 is a 3-day introductory course to ski teaching. It covers CSIA technique and methodology, basic practical teaching skills, technical understanding, and guest service, with a focus on teaching children. Successful completion certifies you to teach skiers up to an intermediate parallel level. Full attendance is mandatory.

Schedule: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm 
Meeting Location: Top of the mountain at the Snow School meeting place at 9:30 am
   
Notes
- Participants must be Ability Level 5 or higher. 
- Course rate does not include Mountain Admission; Mountain Admission tickets will be available for 50% off at Guest Services on Day 1 of your course. 
- For information on CSIA and CASI programs, visit snowpro.com. 
- For Skiing Retest, candidates must register for and attend Days 1 and 2 of the course. 
- For Teaching Retest, candidates must register for and attend Days 2 and 3. 
- The BC Ministry of Education has approved the CSIA Level 1 Certification course as an external credit towards a High School diploma. Click here for more info.
