Stay fit and have fun this winter in our snowy paradise.

Winter's Fastest-Growing activity

The Munday Alpine Snowshoe Park is currently closed and will reopen in Winter 2022/23.

Escape into the serene beauty of a natural winter playground. Just a short distance from the Peak Chalet, you'll find yourself a world away in our Munday Alpine Snowshoe Park. With four different trails to choose from and a perfect balance of groomed and single track snowshoeing, you will discover something new each time you visit!

Check out our map of Munday Alpine Park for detailed trail information. Snowshoers must stay on marked trails.

Tour the groomed beginner and intermediate snowshoe trails of the Blue Grouse Loop, or head for Dam Mountain - a pristine loop of three main trails that circle Dam Mountain and Thunderbird Ridge. You can find the trails easily with clearly marked signs from the top of Grouse Mountain.

Access to our snowshoe trails is included with your Mountain Admission Ticket, Annual Pass or valid winter pass.

Check today's schedule for trail hours and up-to-date operational information. Snowshoe rentals are available from the Fireside Hut, located directly beside the Skating Pond.
