Grouse Mountain maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment or violence directed at our staff by guests. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all individuals. Any guest found engaging in harassment or violence towards our staff, including but not limited to verbal abuse, intimidation, or any other inappropriate behavior, will face immediate repercussions. This may result in the loss of their pass or day ticket. We believe in fostering a culture of mutual respect and dignity, and such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
