We're excited to announce that two delicious new plant-based dishes are now available for you to enjoy! 

We teamed up with vegan cookbook author, Dreena Burton to add some plant-power to our menus in Altitudes Bistro and Lupins. She created two unique dishes especially for us to showcase just how tasty plant-based cooking can be.

For a healthy and fast vegan option, the Chickpea Salad Wrap with grilled sweet potato is available in Lupins. Using crunchy veggies, crisp apple and piquant seasonings combined with garbanzos, this dish is also nut-free, soy-free. 

For a fresher plant-based take on the traditional Pad Thai, visit Altitudes Bistro to try out the new Rad Thai bowl. Made with crisp-seared veggies and tender bites of tofu combined with a punchy Thai sauce served over rice noodles, this dish is also peanut-free.

Dreena Burton has been vegan for over 20 years, in that time writing five bestselling cookbooks charting her journey as a plant-powered cook and at-home mom of three. Passionate about health, she creates recipes using whole foods and minimally processed ingredients.
