Session Info
These sessions are complimentary with your Annual Grouse Mountain Membership, Winter Season Snow Pass or Grouse Mountain Admission.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00pm-8:30pm
Headlamps are required and can be purchased at Outfitters in the Chalet. All participants meet in the mountaintop Chalet to sign-in. Be sure to dress appropriately for an outdoor workout; synthetic tights or pants, light layers and a shell jacket are recommended, along with sturdy running or trail shoes. Snowshoes are required for all drop-in nights and can be rented for $10 at the fireside hut.

Groups leave the Plateau at 7pm sharp. It is highly recommended that participants catch the 6:30 Skyride at the very latest to ensure participation. These sessions are in high demand and there may be a wait.
Session Gear
Outfitters, located in the Grouse Mountain Chalet has a variety of footwear, base-layer and outer wear. Headlamps are also available for sale.
