(North Vancouver) It’s the most wonderful time of the year at the Peak of Vancouver and with the holiday season now upon us, Grouse Mountain is pleased to unveil plans for a special family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration on Wednesday, December 31st.

Featuring an exciting lineup of activities for all ages including skating on Grouse Mountain’s 8,000-square foot ice skating pond, a live DJ, snowshoe tours, treats around the outdoor fire pit and a scavenger hunt, this one-of-a-kind party will also include a 9:00 pm countdown for the littlest revelers in attendance that will showcase an awe-inspiring fire dancing display. Access to New Year's Eve festivities is included with an Annual Local's Pass, Y2Play or Winter Season Pass. For non-passholders, Grouse Mountain will offer a special family rate of just $49.95 for two adults and two children.

“As we reflect upon an incredible year at the Peak of Vancouver, we are excited to welcome all to our New Year’s Eve celebration,” said Grouse Mountain general manager Michael Cameron. “The holiday season is a time for friends and family and this special evening is the perfect way to begin a new year with new memories.”
