Make your reservation at Grouse Mountain's Observatory Restaurant for an evening of decadent dining. Our 5 course, love-inspired menu created by Executive Chef Dino L. Gazzola will quicken your Valentine's pulse. With the upper level of the Peak Chalet reserved for Valentine celebrations space is limited.

 Poached Bosc Pear and Aged Cheddar Salad Young greens, buttermilk cream, maple candied pecans, pear and vanilla bean vinaigrette 

Roasted Scallops with Bayonne Ham Potato and cauliflower puree, truffle jus, 1923 vintage Xérès vinegar
