EDUCATION TEACHER OPEN HOUSE
Explore Grouse Mountain's Education Programs at the 2025 Teacher Open House
See how a field trip to Grouse Mountain can help you achieve your teaching objectives for the 2025/2026 school year.
Join us to experience our outdoor education programs, meet our team, and find out how our activities align with your lesson plans. You'll also have the opportunity to try out our Ziplines and Mountain Ropes Adventure after your session. Sign-up for both will be available on the day on a first-come, first-served basis by scanning the QR code.
This event is open to teachers, education assistants, student teachers, educators, and school district staff. Pre-registration and a valid ID are required. Mountain admission, parking passes, and morning refreshments are complimentary.

Session Times
Check in at Guest Services at the time your session starts. Please bring a valid ID and your Ticket Tailor QR Code
- 8:00 am - 11:00 am
- 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
- 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Schedule
- Check-in - Collect your Mountain Admission ticket at Guest Services at the Base before taking the Skyride to the Chalet for refreshments
- Theatre in the Sky - Presentation from our Education Manager and Snow School Managers (30 min)
- Education and Adventure Info Station - In lupins (30 min)
- Guided Eco walk - Explore Grouse Mountain with our education guides, including a visit to the Hiwus Feasthouse with a First Nations welcome and a visit to the Grizzly Bear habitat with a wildlife ranger welcome ( 1hr)
- Ziplines & Mountain Ropes Adventure (sign up via a QR code)- Sign-up for both will be available on the day, on a first-come, first-served basis
