Yoga on the Mountain
Complimentary outdoor yoga sessions on Saturday mornings at The Peak of Vancouver
Stretch in the sunshine after a hike up the Grouse Grind, or take a leisurely trip on the Blue Grouse Gondola or Skyride to reach the mountaintop. Enjoy a 1-hour complimentary yoga class on Saturday mornings from 9 am-10 am (weather permitting) on the Mountaintop Plaza outside the Peak Chalet. These classes are bound to enhance your physical well-being and kick-start your weekend.
Yoga on the Mountain is complimentary with a Grouse Mountain Annual Pass or Mountain Admission ticket, and yoga mats are provided. Registration is required and will be free online. Registration will open on Wednesday morning each week for that Saturday's session.

About instructor Hannah Sim:
Hannah has always been a lover of movement. She grew up dancing until the age of 20, practicing yoga on the side, and then switched paths as her passion for yoga began to deepen. She began teaching in 2022 and is 500hr RYT Vinyasa and 50hr RYT Yin. Hannah’s playful spirit shines through in her teachings. In her class you can expect powerful feel good flows with mythology and mantra, and sequences that will get out of your mind and into your body.
