The Grouse Grind officially opened last weekend. And while getting out on the Grind can do wonders for your fitness, the goodness need not stop there. Grouse Mountain has a Grind program or event that is sure to stimulate not just your cardiovascular heart, but also your charitable heart.

Who’s afraid of a few hills? This 16 km race from Ambleside Park to the Peak of Grouse Mountain can be done individually or as part of a team. All funds raised benefit the BC Cancer Foundation, with a focus on breast cancer programs.

Did you know that as little as $25 can supply clean drinking water to a person in a Free the Children community, for life?! When you commit to climb, and raise valuable funds, you help to provide a clean water source in a community in need. One day. One Climb. One chance to make a difference.

In partnership with BC Children’s Hospitals, with Grind for Kids friends and family pledge you for each grind you complete, and those funds benefit BC Children’s’ Hospitals.

Pick your favourite, or all three! Make it a bountiful summer.
