The 2016 hiking season has officially kicked off with the opening of the Grouse Grind. What better way to enjoy this beautiful weather than with a visit to Mother Nature’s Stairmaster. Don’t worry, the views at the top are worth it. Celebrate your accomplishment with a nice cold drink and a big plate of nachos on Vancouver’s best patio at Altitudes Bistro

This summer, the Grind will host a number of exciting on-trail events including Seek the Peak (June 12), the Multi-Grind Challenge (June 21), Grind10 (July 1 – 15) and the Shoes.com Grouse Grind Mountain Run (September 24).

For the seventh consecutive year, Grouse Mountain and the Grind community are proud to support the Grind For Kids program which has raised more than $870,000 for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. For more information about Grind For Kids, please visit grindforkids.ca.
