As we look ahead to another exciting summer season at the Peak of Vancouver, mark your calendar with some of our amazing upcoming events that will raise valuable funds for very worthy causes:

  • Whistler Water One Climb - Saturday, June 14th: Sign up, reach out, wear blue and ‘flood’ the Grouse Grind in support of Free The Children’s water project in the Kenyan community of Kipsongol. 


  • Seek the Peak presented by Columbia – Sunday, June 15th: Seek The Peak is back for the 11th year complete with 16 kilometers of ultimate fitness bragging rights and a challenge guaranteed to leave you breathless. With an awe-inspiring 4100-ft climb, Seek The Peak will test your fitness and overall mental toughness while raising valuable funds for the BC Cancer Foundation’s lifesaving work in the fight against breast cancer.


  • Grind For Kids – This summer make every Grind count. Grind For Kids raises funds for Cardiology at BC Children’s Hospital. Sign up today to begin gathering pledges so that each time you do the Grouse Grind you’re raising valuable funds to support BC’s sick kids. Over the past four years over 20,000 Grouse Grinds have counted towards BC Children’s Hospital Foundation & over $605,000 has been raised. Learn more and sign up today. 

  • ClearlyContacts.ca Grouse Grind Challenge – Sunday, September 7th: This Vancouver classic is the true test of your season's training. Whether you’re coming out to beat your best time, enjoy the trail, or raise funds for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, this is an excellent way to celebrate the end of the summer hiking season. Pre-Season registration rates end June 16.

Please be aware, Altitudes Bistro is undergoing renovation. Lunch service with the Altitudes menu will be available in The Observatory beginning at 11am. Grouse Grind Coffee Bar is open 7:00am-10:00pm serving Grill Board menu items. The Observatory will be open 5:00pm - 10:00pm.
