BC Children's Hospital Foundation

In the last seven years a total of $871,000 has been raised for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation through the Grind for Kids program and Grouse Grind-related events including the Grouse Grind Mountain Run, Multi-Grouse Grind and the Snowshoe Grind Mountain Run. BC Children's Hospital provides expert health care, including mental health care, for the most seriously ill or injured children from across British Columbia.
Grouse Mountain is proud to support the BC Cancer Foundation.

BC Cancer Foundation

The BC Cancer Agency is funded, in part, by the BC Cancer Foundation.  BC Cancer Agency provides a comprehensive cancer control program for the people of BC. Grouse Mountain has supported this life-saving work through our event Seek The Peak, a 16 km 4,100 ft. climb from Ambleside Park to the Peak of Vancouver. Since 2004 Seek the Peak has raised over $400,000 for the BC Cancer’s life-saving work against breast cancer.

Grouse Mountain is a long time supporter of Vancouver Adaptive Snow Sports (VASS) who provides skiing and snowboarding programs for persons with disabilities. By providing full access to participants, coaches and volunteers, people with mental and physical disabilities gain access to an otherwise inaccessible outdoor sport and environment.
