Join us on Saturday mornings this summer for outdoor restorative yoga sessions led by instructor Anna Gouin.
SUNSET RATE TICKETS
Stretch in the sunshine after a hike up the Grouse Grind, or take a leisurely trip on the Skyride to reach the mountaintop. Enjoy a 1-hour complimentary yoga class on Saturday mornings from 9am-10am (weather permitting) on the Mountaintop Plaza outside the Peak Chalet. These classes are bound to enhance your physical well-being and kick-start your weekend.
Yoga on the Mountain is complimentary with a Grouse Mountain Annual Pass or Mountain Admission ticket. Registration is required and will be free online. Registration will open on Wednesday afternoon each week for that Saturday's session. Check this page for registration links!

About the class:
This is a restorative hatha class with the intention of helping you wind-down post Grind. The focus will be on release and restoration, meaning you’ll be moving in ways to address patterns of stored tension and muscle fatigue. All levels of experience are welcome. Posture modifications will be given so that the class feels accessible and therapeutic in the way that it meets your individual needs.
About instructor Anna Gouin:
Anna Gouin is a yoga instructor, and embodiment coach, specializing in pelvic floor health. Her classes place a strong focus on bringing you into deeper connection with your physical form, to understand the mind-body relationship with great complexity and reverence for self. Anna lives in Squamish, but teaches up and down the Sea to Sky Corridor. You’ll find her at YYOGA in Lynn Valley throughout the week if you’re interested in attending additional classes.
